Who owns the brand? Are you owned by the Tuskegee Airmen? What will this restaurant be about?
The Tuskegee Coffee brand was founded by J. Elias Norwood, who is also the owner. We are not owned by the Tuskegee Airmen. We do not have any connection to them, which is why "Airmen" is not in our name. We admire them very much, and they are very much an inspiration behind the concept. The coffee shop and cafe theme will be focused on ALL of African-American history.
Who is going to run the brick & mortar concepts?
Like any food service establishment, we are going to hire experienced professionals to manage the concepts. All Tuskegee Coffee employees will be employees of Tuskegee Coffee LLC.
Who is the individual who owns the business?
The Tuskegee Coffee brand and Tuskegee Coffee LLC is 100% owned by J. Elias Norwood, Founder, President & CEO.
Where will the first location be built at? When will you open?
We hope to have two startup locations within the first couple of years. The first one in the Columbus, OH Metro area and one in the Indianapolis, IN Metro area. We have several potential sites in mind. If we are able to raise the capital in 2023-2024, we expect to have our first locations open in 2024 or early 2025.

Before submitting ideas, you must agree to the following.
You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents along with related intellectual property rights will automatically become the property of Tuskegee Coffee LLC, without any compensation to you; (2) Tuskegee Coffee LLC may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way on an unrestricted basis; (3) there is no obligation for Tuskegee Coffee LLC to review the submissions; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
